Before founding The Reserve, I spent over 16 years embedded in corporate finance — managing P&Ls, leading financial reporting, overseeing system implementations, and partnering directly with C-Suite executives to drive strategic decisions. Most recently, that work was at the private equity backed service organizations generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.

That experience taught me one thing clearly: the financial infrastructure that allows large organizations to operate with confidence — clean books, disciplined forecasting, data-driven planning — is exactly what most growing businesses are missing. Not because the owners aren't capable, but because they've never had the right financial partner in their corner.

I founded The Reserve to bring enterprise-level financial expertise to the businesses that need it most — service-based companies between $500K and $10M who are ready to scale with clarity and intention, but aren't yet in a position to hire a full-time finance executive.

My work goes well beyond bookkeeping. I partner with founders to build the financial foundation their business needs to grow — from understanding what their numbers are actually saying, to building operating plans, structuring for exit, and making confident decisions at every stage in between.
